Frequently asked questions

HOW MUCH DOES X TREATMENT COST?

The TGA prohibit the advertisement and prices of prescription medications, therefore it is strongly recommended you book a complimentary consultation, where you will be given a treatment plan based on your concerns and expected outcomes which will include all costs involved.

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?

Yes, of course. Please call reception on (03) 5222 3838 to reschedule and allow 24 hours notice.

CAN I BE PLACED ON A WAITING LIST?

Yes, of course. Please complete our application form here:

ARE COSMETIC INJECTABLES SAFE WHEN PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?

No, it is not considered SAFE to have cosmetic injectables whilst pregnant or breastfeeding due to the limited amount of research conducted to ensure it is safe.

HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT AFTER MY VACCINATION TO BOOK IN?

The risk for Anti-wrinkle Injectable Treatments is low and there is NO evidence to support a recommendation to change practice.

The Louve Skin Clinic recommend that you exercise caution and defer your cosmetic injectable treatment if symptoms develop after your vaccination.

For all Dermal Filler injections there does pose a small risk profile, The Louve Skin Clinic would recommend an interval of at least 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after COVID vaccination.

Previous treatment with fillers is not a contraindication to being vaccinated.
