Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive treatment designed to improve skin texture and quality. Fine, sterilised needles create micro-channels in the skin, triggering its natural repair process and supporting collagen and elastin production. Over a course of treatments, skin can look smoother, firmer and healthier.

At The Louve, every microneedling treatment is paired with a topical chosen for your skin. Your clinician will recommend the option best suited to your concerns and goals at your appointment, and every treatment includes the face and neck.

NCTF® BOOST 135 HA:

A blend of hyaluronic acid, vitamins, minerals and amino acids, designed to nourish the skin and support hydration and elasticity.

Often chosen for: dull or dehydrated skin, fine lines, overall skin quality.

A 2% tranexamic acid solution with oligopeptides and hyaluronic acid. Designed to help brighten the complexion, improve the look of dark spots and sun-induced pigmentation, and support hydration.

Often chosen for: pigmentation-prone skin and uneven tone. Pairs best with daily SPF and a brightening home routine.

A concentrated topical chosen to support overall skin renewal and the look of texture.

Often chosen for: the appearance of acne scarring, textural concerns and overall rejuvenation.

Our most advanced topical, and new to The Louve. Inspired by Korean skincare science, Byryzn Opuluxe is an 8-in-1 cosmetic formulation combining PLLA for firmer, smoother-looking skin; PDRN to enhance skin vitality and texture; glutathione for a brighter, more even-toned appearance; and amino acids to support skin resilience.

Often chosen for: skin that wants more radiance, hydration and glow. Recommended as a course of three, four weeks apart. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and contains trout-derived PDRN.

Patients typically experience minimal discomfort; Our Code X skin needling device is designed to drag the skin less than typical micro needling devices with a scalloped shape cartridge.

You’ll notice smoother, more radiant skin within a few days.  Full results typically become visible after 4-6 weeks, as collagen production continues. 

There is minimal downtime with microneedling, especially when combined with our topical formulations due their anti-inflammatory properties. You may experience redness and mild sensitivity for a day or two after the procedure, but most patients can return to their normal routine quickly.
